We are rightly proud of our stable management team, many of whom have been with us from very early days and helped us achieve our continuous growth through product and systems development, technical innovation and investment.
Our management structure is such that we can respond quickly to fluctuations in markets, customer’s requirements and local conditions. Product safety, quality and customer service are always at the forefront of everything we do and our field, administrative and packhouse staff are all fully involved in decision and policy making to ensure that Littywood Farm maintains it’s excellent reputation in the soft fruit business.

Littywood isn’t just about fruit. It’s about people. Each season, we welcome workers from near and far. They bring energy, skill, and diversity to our farm with many returning year after year, becoming part of the extended Littywood family. We provide on-site accommodation, training, and a supportive environment where people can live, learn, grow, and feel part of something meaningful.
